The site is provided by Point of Sale Limited trading as POS Interiors ("POS Interiors"), registered in Guernsey under registration number 12154. Our registered office address is Unit 9 Anfre Estate, Route de la Garenne, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2RL. Essential technology

The site uses normal browser, hosting, security and application technology to load pages, assets, maps, source links, API responses and contact forms. This may include hosting logs, CDN services, firewall or bot checks, Cloudflare security, API routing, map loading, local storage, cookie-preference storage and contact delivery. These functions are needed to provide and protect the site, and are not used here for behavioural advertising.

Local shortlist

The shortlist is held in the page state while you use the site. It is included with an enquiry only if you submit the contact form or choose a shortlist action that sends those buildings. It is not designed to track you across other websites.

Google Analytics

The site has a consent-controlled Google Analytics integration. It remains inactive unless a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, and it will only load after you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish users and sessions. Google describes the default expiry for these cookies as two years, although browsers may apply shorter limits.

Analytics may help POS Interiors understand page views, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and how visitors use the market dashboard. Analytics must not be configured to collect confidential enquiry text, lease documents, staff records, financial information, legal advice or privileged material.

Map, CDN and source links

The map, fonts, scripts, tiles, images or source links may involve third-party services or take you to third-party websites. Map tile and CDN providers may receive normal technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page or asset requested. Once you leave Office Market Watch, the cookie and privacy notices of those third-party services apply.

No advertising pixels or heat-mapping

Advertising pixels, remarketing tags, heat-mapping tools or wider marketing trackers are not part of the current configuration. They should not be enabled without a further privacy and cookie review.
