Who provides the site

The site is provided by Point of Sale Limited trading as POS Interiors ("POS Interiors"), registered in Guernsey under registration number 12154. Our registered office address is Unit 9 Anfre Estate, Route de la Garenne, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2RL. Essential technology

The site uses normal browser, hosting, security and application technology to load pages, assets, maps, source links, API responses and contact forms. This may include hosting logs, CDN services, firewall or bot checks, Cloudflare security, API routing, map loading, local storage, cookie-preference storage and contact delivery. These functions are needed to provide and protect the site, and are not used here for behavioural advertising.

Cloudflare Access cookies are essential to the protected portal. They confirm that an approved user has authenticated, protect the sign-in flow and help prevent misuse. They are not Office Market Watch analytics cookies and cannot be disabled through the analytics preference control. Their exact duration depends on the Cloudflare Access session and security settings in force when the user signs in.

Cookie preferences

The cookie banner stores your analytics choice in your browser so the site can remember whether analytics has been accepted or declined. Essential technology remains active because it is needed to provide the site. If no Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, analytics tags should not run.

Where analytics is enabled, the banner allows you to accept analytics or use essential technology only. You can change your choice through the preferences control below, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Local shortlist and comparison

Your shortlist is stored in local browser storage so it remains available on that device. A shortlist or comparison link may also contain the public listing identifiers for the selected options in the page address. Those identifiers do not contain your contact details. Your selection is sent to POS Interiors only if you submit an enquiry or use an email action that clearly says the selected options will be shared. This local selection technology is not designed to track you across other websites.

Google Analytics

The site has a consent-controlled Google Analytics integration. It remains inactive unless a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, and it will only load after you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish users and sessions. Google describes the default expiry for these cookies as two years, although browsers may apply shorter limits.

Analytics may help POS Interiors understand page views, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and how visitors use the market dashboard. Consented events may record a property-detail open or an initiated click to a source-agent listing, with public fields such as building, agent, listing identifier, link type and destination domain. Repeat interactions may be counted, and a click does not confirm that the destination page loaded.

POS Interiors may use these events to prepare aggregate engagement summaries for participating commercial agents. Those summaries exclude names, email addresses, enquiry content, shortlist selections, user or session identifiers and other personal data. Shortlist events are not included in agent reporting. Analytics must not be configured to collect confidential enquiry text, lease documents, staff records, financial information, legal advice or privileged material.

Private partner and operator-admin routes are excluded from Google Analytics measurement. Essential authentication, security and audit technology used to provide those areas remains active.

Map, CDN and source links

The map, fonts, scripts, tiles, images or source links may involve third-party services or take you to third-party websites. Map tile and CDN providers may receive normal technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page or asset requested. Once you leave Office Market Watch, the cookie and privacy notices of those third-party services apply.

Links to participating-agent listings may include standard campaign parameters identifying Office Market Watch and the public source listing. These parameters contain no visitor, account, enquiry or shortlist data, and the destination may also receive the Office Market Watch origin as the referral source. This link attribution operates independently of your analytics choice; the separate Office Market Watch analytics click event is sent only after analytics consent.

No advertising pixels or heat-mapping

Advertising pixels, remarketing tags, heat-mapping tools or wider marketing trackers are not part of the current configuration. They should not be enabled without a further privacy and cookie review.
