Guernsey Office Market Watch is provided by Point of Sale Limited trading as POS Interiors ("POS Interiors", "we", "us" or "our"). It is a Guernsey office market visibility and workplace decision-support tool for occupiers, advisers, landlords and agents.

The site is focused on the Guernsey office market. It is not intended to cover residential, retail, light industrial, warehouse, licensed or other non-office property unless that information is expressly included for office-related context.

We may limit, suspend or withdraw access while the service is being tested or improved. Beta users should not treat the site as a complete or verified market schedule, and should not share restricted access without our consent.

What the site is for

The site helps users browse visible Guernsey office availability, compare buildings, understand broad market positioning, create a shortlist and ask POS Interiors to review options, test-fit space or provide workplace advice.

What the site is not

Source agents may include, for example, Watts, Savills, Rock Commercial, D2 Real Estate, Lovells and Cherry Godfrey. The site is not designed to scrape residential portals or general property aggregators.

Where available, we identify the source agent or source link so users can check the current position with the appointed agent, landlord or adviser before decisions are made.

Source material ownership and attribution

Original listing data, photographs, brochures, trade marks, floor plans, descriptions and other source materials remain the property of their relevant agent, landlord, photographer, licensor or rightsholder. Office Market Watch does not claim ownership of third-party listing material.

We may reorganise, normalise or summarise factual listing information to improve market visibility. Inclusion of a listing does not mean that the relevant agent, landlord or rightsholder sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Office Market Watch unless that is expressly stated.

Source images

A single source image may be shown for visual reference. Images remain third-party material and are attributed where the source is known. Users must not copy, reuse or republish source images unless they have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

Agents, landlords, photographers, licensors and other rightsholders can ask us to correct, replace or remove an image through the update route on the site or by contacting POS Interiors.

Availability, viewings, heads of terms, lease terms, purchase terms, measurement, incentives, parking, services, fit-out position and transaction details must be confirmed with the appointed agent, landlord or adviser.

Accuracy and availability

Listings, measurements, rents, prices, service charges, incentives, availability timing, transaction status, photographs, plans, brochures, source links and building notes can change quickly. They may also contain omissions or errors. The site is for orientation and early market awareness only.

Maps and locations

Map pins, grouped building entries and location information are provided for market orientation. They may be approximate and must not be relied on for boundary, title, ownership, planning, access, measurement, servicing, parking, occupation or legal purposes.

Agent and source-site terms

Users should check the underlying source listings and speak to the appointed agent, landlord or relevant professional adviser before relying on commentary.

Corrections and removal requests

If you represent a building, agent, landlord, photographer, consultant, licensor or rightsholder and believe a listing, attribution, image, status, source link, note or measurement should be corrected or removed, please use the update route on the site or contact POS Interiors.

We will review reasonable correction and removal requests promptly and may ask for information to verify the request. We may amend, hide or remove material where appropriate. Handling a request does not create an agency appointment, professional appointment, admission of liability or market obligation.

Shortlists and enquiries

Shortlist tools are provided to help users organise potential options. Sending a shortlist to yourself or to POS Interiors does not reserve space, create an agency relationship, appoint POS Interiors, instruct an agent or create a binding obligation. Any professional engagement with POS Interiors will be subject to separate agreement.

If you email a shortlist, POS Interiors receives an internal lead notification containing the email address and selected buildings, as described beside the email action and in the Privacy Notice. POS may make a reasonable follow-up about the shortlist and closely related office-search, workplace or fit-out support. This does not create an obligation for either party to proceed or add the recipient to a general marketing list.

Asking POS Interiors to review or test-fit an option

A listing may include an option to ask POS Interiors to review a shortlist, assess an office option or test-fit a space. This is an invitation to start a workplace advisory, fit-out or feasibility conversation with POS Interiors.

POS Interiors can help turn listing information into practical advice around workplace suitability, space planning, budget, programme and next steps. Any detailed review, test-fit, feasibility advice, workplace consultancy or fit-out support will be subject to separate agreement and may be chargeable.

This does not mean that POS Interiors represents the landlord, appointed agent or source agent. It does not replace the need to contact the appointed agent or landlord for availability, viewings, terms or transaction matters.

User responsibilities

Please use the site lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• submit confidential lease documents, financial records, staff records, legal advice, privileged material or information you are not entitled to share;
• submit offensive content, malware, false information or material that infringes third-party rights;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, introduce viruses or misuse the service.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, create a shortlist, contact POS Interiors and follow source links for internal business decision-making. You must not scrape, harvest, bulk download, copy, republish, resell, syndicate, use the site to train models or create a competing database without our consent. This does not restrict your use of your own material or any rights granted to you by a third party.

External links

The site may link to third-party agent, landlord, public authority, map, supplier or adviser websites. POS Interiors is not responsible for the content, availability, terms, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party websites.

Advertising and sponsored content

The site may contain POS Interiors or sponsored workplace content. Advertising, promotional or partner content should be read separately from the market schedule and does not change the source status of any listing. No endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.

Changes to the site

POS Interiors may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, legal notices, market schedule, contact routes, analytics configuration, advertising placements or beta access as the service develops.

Liability

The site is provided free of charge as a general market visibility tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, POS Interiors excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

POS Interiors will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of expected savings, delay, interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data, indirect loss or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey. The courts of Guernsey will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
